Your 7-Day Recovery Care Guide

• Days 1–3: Wear the garment as advised by your practitioner (many patients wear it most of the day and overnight). Apply one mask daily to clean skin for 25–30 minutes. Keep your head elevated when resting; avoid heat, saunas and alcohol.
• Days 4–7: Wear the garment overnight and for a few hours during the day. Continue one mask daily. Gentle cleansing only; no exfoliants or active serums unless your practitioner says otherwise.
• After day 7: Garment overnight for ongoing contour support; mask 2–3 times a week for routine care.
• Every day: SPF 50+ outdoors, plenty of water, and gentle handling of the treated area.

Stop use and contact your practitioner if you notice increasing pain, heat, bleeding, signs of infection, or if your skin is broken.
