Book your in-clinic appointment with Dr Mandy Wu, a registered Health Practitioner trained in internal medicine, with over 10 years in aesthetic practice. It takes three quick steps.
Step 1 — Choose your time
Pick a time that suits you in our online calendar. Each appointment is 60 minutes, at our clinic at 9 Teggs Lane, Chippendale NSW 2008. You will receive a confirmation email with your date and time.
Step 2 — Complete your pre-appointment questionnaire
This helps us prepare for your visit and check that a treatment is suitable for you. It takes about 3 minutes.
Your information is kept confidential and used only for your care. This form is not for emergencies — if you need urgent medical help, call 000.
Step 3 — Pay your $55 booking deposit
Your appointment is confirmed once your deposit is paid. The deposit is $55 including $5 GST, and the full amount is credited towards your treatment on the day.
- Free to reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours' notice — your deposit is refunded or moved to your new time.
- Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments forfeit the deposit.
- Please use the same email address for your booking, questionnaire and payment so we can match them.
